The 40+ Employment Support Trust offers support to job seekers aged forty and over who live in the Christchurch region of New Zealand. Some of our jobseeking clients are unemployed; others are seeking a complete change of direction. We help by offering both a job vacancy service for jobseekers and a personnel-finding service for employers.

We also offer seminars on different aspects of finding work, and general advice and guidance for the jobseeker.

At any one time we are working with jobseekers and potential employers throughout Christchurch. For jobsekeeking clients, our services are free of charge. For employers, for a donation we look for suitable staff from our client database to fill your vacancy.

We will do our utmost to provide satisfaction to jobseekers and employers alike.

We know that our small team of friendly, qualified, experienced and professional staff and volunteers can make a difference for clients and employers alike.

Note: Individuals who make donations of more than $5 can claim a tax credit. Companies can claim a deduction for donations paid to the 40+ Employment Support Trust, so long as the deduction available to the company for donations made to all charitable organisations in that income year does exceed its net income before making the deduction.
