Mature recruits have the potential to add much to your organisation. At the 40+ Employment Support Trust we aim to find suitable mature jobseekers for employers with job vacancies.
If you are looking to recruit now or in the future, we can help in the following ways:
Option 1 ('VIP Employer' scheme - advertising fee)
For an upfront donation (we suggest $75), 40+ Employment will advertise your current vacancy and any further vacancies for the current calendar year. We will do our best to satisfy your employment needs.
Think of your donation as an advertising expense. This is what you get for your money:
IN BRIEF: you pay a set amount per year to advertise with us as many times as you like from now to the end of the current year.
Option 2 (placement fee)
Fees are chargeable only where we are successful in finding an employee for you. This fee is 1% of the employee’s gross annual salary/wage + GST, or $100 + GST – whichever is the greater (temporary employment is by negotiation). This will be invoiced to you on notification of your recruitment of one of our clients and is payable per client recruited. If you are a community organisation or a charitable trust this fee is replaced by a donation.
IN BRIEF: you pay per vacancy, and only if we can fill the position.
Payment Details:
Note: Companies can claim a deduction for donations paid to the 40+ Employment Support Trust, so long as the deduction available to the company for donations made to all charitable organisations in that income year does exceed its net income before making the deduction.
