Full-time Staff:

Chris Barnes (Manager)

From its beginning in 2002, I have managed 40+ Employment. My main responsibilities include funding, participating in community meetings, networking with other community organisations, office administration, ensuring the office ticks over and doing (almost!) whatever it takes to keep 40+ Employment viable.

*****

Colin McKinney ( Employment Consultant)

I have a teaching and communication background, which helps me relate to a wide variety of clients. Working at 40+ Employment allows me to come into contact with an interesting cross-section of the community, and being able to help others is always satisfying.

Volunteers:

Ken Finlayson

Ken has worked for 40+ for quite some time, and is now our 'Mr Filler', filling in when other staff are on leave.

*****

Joanne Boereboom

I have a background of working with people who have disabilities, and had to stop work owing to an injury. I spent some time at 40+ Employment last year, but had to stop because of other commitments. Now that I have some spare time again I have come back! I really enjoy my time working with a great team of people.

*****

Ellen Teoh

I enjoy working at 40+ Employment because of the varied functions in this small but efficient office. Besides my secretarial and administrative experience it is great to make use of my marketing skills too. At this point, 40+ Employment is the place for me!

Gamal Yussef and Linlin Guo

Gamal and Linlin update the Office Accounts and MYOB, and compile financial information for the Treasurer.
